Total Gym Core Trainer

The Total Gym Core Trainer is a versatile piece of gym equipment that works all your core muscles, creating strong support for the upper body. This equipment uses your body weight and a variation of the plank exercise to work and strengthen the transverse abdominis, multifidus, internal and external obliques, erector spinae, pelvic floor muscles, abdominals, and the rectus abdominis muscles that make up the core muscles. The rolling glideboard allows you to increase or decrease the intensity of the workout and make adjustments to the exercise to add different muscle groups to the workout.


The Total Gym Core Trainer requires 1,1m2  of space and can collapse for easy storage. It is suitable for rehabilitation centres, commercial gym facilities, and home use.
