- Freshwater Livestock (Fish, Plants & Invertebrates)
- 7-Day Guarantee from the date of purchase or arrival.
- Saltwater Livestock (Fish, Plants & Invertebrates)
- 72-Hour Guarantee from the date of purchase or arrival.
- This applies to both in-store purchases and shipped orders.
How to File a Claim
- Notify us within the guarantee period.
- Provide clear photos of the affected livestock (ideally in the original packaging for shipped orders).
- Include water test results or photos of test strips showing current parameters.
- We’ll assess your claim and, if approved, offer:
A one-time replacement, or
Store credit (excluding shipping costs).
What’s Not Covered
- Jumpers or fatalities caused by tankmate aggression.
- Improper acclimation or unsuitable tank conditions.
- Clearance, sale, or special promotional livestock.
- Claims without photo evidence or water parameter verification.
